Based on #130.

A dropped remote receiver stops the stream with code 0. Currently the sender gets SendError::Io for that, so matching on ReceiverClosed works locally but not remotely. This maps Stopped(0) to ReceiverClosed.

We don't lose anything by this: irpc itself only stops streams with nonzero codes, so 0 always means the receiver is no longer interested.
