Adds a page for reading the optional shared-link log, so the owner of a deployment can see the links that GET /?url= produced.

Behaviour

• Only with the log enabled. /log is served only when the SHARED_LINKS binding exists; otherwise it falls through to the share-link route and answers 404, as before.
• Only behind Cloudflare Access. Without ctx.access the page answers 403 and never touches KV. The Worker does not verify JWTs itself; it relies on the runtime-provided ctx.access. Access must protect only the /log path, because protecting the whole Worker would also block share links and /media/.
• One list per view. ?day=YYYY-MM-DD (default: today, UTC) becomes the key prefix. The free plan writes at most 1,000 keys a day and one list returns up to 1,000 keys, so a day fits in one call; list requests are capped at 1,000 a day on the free plan, so there is no cross-day paging or search. An invalid day answers 400 before listing.
• Records are newest first, read from key metadata only (no per-key get). URLs are HTML-escaped. Responses carry Cache-Control: no-store, X-Robots-Tag: noindex and Referrer-Policy: no-referrer. A failing list answers 503.

Specs

• New: docs/spec/shared-link-log-page-behind-access.md, verified by test/shared-link-log-page-behind-access.test.ts. Six deliberate mutations (no Access check, no escaping, no no-store, no newest-first, no day round-trip check, no 503) each turned a test red.

Verification

• bun run check passes: 586 tests, typecheck clean.
• cf dev locally: /log answers 403 with LOG_SHARED_LINKS=1 and 404 without it.
• Not yet verified: the 200 path with a real Access login. The docs do not say whether a path-scoped self-hosted Access application populates ctx.access; check after deploying with Access on /log.
