Correct IPv4-mapped syntax

We should be using /ip6/::ffff:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Currently, we're just using /ip4/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx which doesn't really make sense (it's not an IPv6 address).

Step 1: Output the correct format.
Step 2: Stop parsing /ip6/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
