…ck is on --page-type journal|page keeps the tasks whose block stands on a journal page, or on any other page. It only narrows: with --from/--to a task still counts as in the range through a journal it was carried into by a block ref, so --no-follow-refs stays the way to date a task by its own block's day. The filter reads the public journal_day field. Help, epilog, command reference, AGENTS.md and CHANGELOG show the "journal tasks older than a date" recipe. Closes #118
