Release Mega Man X 2.3.10 with the owner-approved SNES optimization package. Updates the shared engine pin to
cc095ad4; its production code is identical to the qualifiedbe97ec06engine. The UI pin, source option defaults and user-facing opt-in settings remain unchanged. The Windows archive uses the exact approved native build selections, including explicit background spans. Validated supported regeneration and generated-code equivalence, x64 DLL closure and archive hygiene, shipped-default boot, exact production wide gameplay output/guest-memory parity with the approved GUI, and current-build save/load. Tests used isolated muted profiles; existing human gameplay approval is retained.
Staged archive and detailed build/QA identities are retained under
G:/Temp/Codex/snesrecomp/native-hle-r8-20261029/release-20261030/mmx. Publication and delivery are coordinated with the shared SNES release bundle.
