Add flex-grow to history controls

To prevent the Previous button from moving each time it is clicked (at least on desktop)

Adding text-wrap: nowrap to "Uptime history" seems to help for mobile, but adding it will require more than just editing site/styles.css

Could just make the date standardized and monospace as an alternative

Something like this might offer a better visual flow for the section headings and controls. Also keeps it in alignment with the other sections using the muted class.
