This PR adds a
github_subject_prefixesinput togoogle_agent_platformandgoogle_tenant_bootstrapso environment-scoped GitHub trust works for repositories with immutable OIDC subject claims.repo:example-org@123456/example-repo@456789:environment:prod.repo:<org>/<repository>form, so existing callers see no change.sub_claim_prefixin the repository'sactions/oidc/customization/subAPI.Related Tickets & Documents
