Documentation Workshop Follow Up

Several items remain after the documentation workshop:

• Include a nice Stan tutorial to build models. Joe F has contacted Mike Betancourt about using his tutorials.
• Create a tutorial that shows how to do analysis with RooFit. (The current example shows how to do analysis with PyStan).
• Clean up the Morpho 1 documentation. Since no future updates are planned for Morpho 1, all documentation related to it was moved to a single section at the end. The validity of this documentation needs to be checked, and any duplicate information should be removed.
• Update AUTHORS and maintainer
• Update License
