The generated saturation-gate summary is wrong: the extractor paired the plugin's type-name constant with the doc comment of an unrelated constant that sits between it and the type, so the catalog entry reads Default \Retry-After` on a refusal.` instead of describing what the gate does.

The generator is being fixed; the sync will re-run and open a fresh PR with the correct content. The other regions in this diff were correct — the inferencePoolRefs description update stands and will reappear.
