Adding ToolRoute to the Resources section of the README.

ToolRoute is an MCP gateway and curated tool registry — a meta-server that routes agents to the best-in-class tool for a given task, accessible through a single API key.

Why it belongs in Resources

Built by and for AI agents — the belief system learns from actual agent usage, not star counts. Planning to publish the server itself to the MCP Registry as well.
