Relates to #549

Changes bob-lithium to lithium. Removes autoplace for lithia water resource and hides recipes that directly use lithia water, or in the case of lithium chloride, changes them to use Space Age lithium brine instead.

Changes the bob-lithium-ion-battery and bob-silver-zinc-battery items to bob-battery-2 and bob-battery-3 respectively. This makes the next part much simpler. The order of batteries is now lead acid battery -> silver zinc battery -> lithium ion battery, due to lithium now being found on Aquilo.

Added a .lua migration that should, I think, let vanilla lithium-processing stay unlocked without having to remove the lithium-processing -> bob-lithium-processing migration.

Even with max prod, these changes do mean an increase in the amount of Lithium brine consumed. Without modules it is a 2.5x increase.

With Space Age, Lithium Ion batteries now require an additional step
Bob's Lithium processing tech early game (R+G). Having researched this shouldn't research a late game tech.

We can take care of balance later, I think. This is more of a getting-things-functional update.
