docs: restore the Star History chart - #110

The Star History chart was removed in 67afa8c and its previous data source stopped working because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This restores the section in the same location, pointing at a working replacement. The wrapping link and the chart image now use star-history.dera.page with the /svg endpoint, and the chart image no longer relies on the old sealed-token service.
Use the repository-only chart URLs so the README reflects the intended complete Star History view. Keep the contributor’s original restoration commit intact.

This restores the chart in its original README location using a working replacement domain. The wrap link and the chart image now point to star-history.dera.page and use the /svg endpoint, so the chart renders again without relying on the old sealed-token service.
