chore(RCK-621): optional rckt-factory composition - #6

Muster is documented and prompted as standalone; rckt run applies only when the factory CLI is on PATH. Slim PROMPT-build to match install/link scope and refresh projections.
Remove references to private rckt factory/skills projects from README, architecture, linking, projections, kit policy, and link prompts. Bump embedded kit to v0.2.2.
