Notebooks as workspace members isn't quite there #5
Although the CLI supports to create a set of notebooks as members of a workspace with --workspace, the runtime-generated projects are members of a separate and isolated workspace, which defeats the purpose of this functionality. As a result, it is not possible to collect notebooks into a separate tree from production or library code and depend upon internal crates.
Workspace notebooks now retain their owning package’s dependency context in generated projects. Internal workspace crates resolve for runtime execution and standalone builds. Local dependency edits refresh compiled cells.
