Closes #178

The project's Priority options are renamed P0 → Urgent, P1 → High, P2 → Medium, P3 → Low, with the same option ids, colors and descriptions, so every item kept its value (Urgent 6, High 42, Medium 3, Low 12).

Two commits, so the release gate never missed a bug:

  1. e5f3adc switches the docs and queries to the new names, with both jq queries accepting the old names too: /prepare-release's bug gate, the CLAUDE.md "Ready issues" query (now sorted by an explicit rank instead of the option name, which would sort High, Low, Medium, Urgent), docs/GITHUB-SETUP.md (field definition, milestone rule, intake), and ADR-0010's gate (with a dated note).
  2. Then the options were renamed in the project (GraphQL updateProjectV2Field, ids kept).
  3. The second commit drops the old names from the queries.

docs/BACKLOG.md and existing issue bodies are records and keep the old names.

Checks

  • Both queries ran against the live project before and after the rename: the same order (High before Medium before Low) and the same 8 open Urgent/High issues.
  • Docs only; no build-relevant change.

The docs, the provider gate in ADR-0010 and the release gate in
/prepare-release use the new Priority names. The two jq queries accept
the old P0-P3 names as well, so they keep working until the project's
options are renamed; the CLAUDE.md query sorts by rank, not by name.

The project's Priority options are now Urgent, High, Medium and Low
(same option ids), so the queries no longer need the old names.
