Summary

• Bump the extension version from 0.46.0 to 0.47.0 in package.json and package-lock.json without changing dependency resolutions.
• Replace the Unreleased changelog entry with the 0.47.0 user-facing release notes.
• Omit CI/workflow-only, test infrastructure, and internal maintenance changes.

• Show test program and debug output in Test Results without raw JUnit/TestNG protocol noise (feat: route real test program output to Test Results #1887).

Scope notes

• Program output is reported at the test-run level; Debug Console behavior is unchanged.
• Discovery caching improves subsequent runs, not the initial language-server scan.
• The preview discovery fallback does not alter project settings or launch arguments, or add support for older preview syntax.
• This PR prepares the release only; it does not publish the extension or create a release tag.
