Summary

Add the GitHub App-backed TSDoc repository to the 1ES SDL repository list used by the bump-versions pipeline.

Why

PR #495 changed the pipeline checkout from self to tsdocGitHubApp, but sdl.sourceRepositoriesToScan continued to list only RushstackMainRepo. The 1ES template therefore rejected the YAML while Azure DevOps evaluated definition 11:

The repository "tsdocGitHubApp" to be checked out has not been specified under sdl.sourceRepositoriesToScan.include or sdl.sourceRepositoriesToScan.exclude.

This prevented Azure DevOps from compiling the pipeline and displaying complete trigger information.

Validation

  • Azure DevOps pipeline preview API successfully compiled the proposed definition 11 YAML (finalYamlLength: 94748)
  • git diff --check
  • rush change --bump-type none reported no relevant package changes

Include the GitHub App-backed TSDoc repository in the 1ES SDL repository list so Azure DevOps can compile the multi-repository publishing pipeline and evaluate its triggers.
