Fix chat document metadata and desktop notification alignment

Summary

• New Orchestrate answers could show GUIDs in the V2 Documents pane because lineage-only references lacked display metadata. Copy title, filename and file type from already-authorized manifests before publication, preserving citation identity and the final authorization check.
• Render recognizable document cards with shared file-family icons, distinct filenames and personal/group/public workspace labels. Merge complementary existing metadata without new browser lookups or historical backfill.
• Restore the desktop notification bell beside the collapse arrow while preserving mobile navigation behavior. Bump the application to 0.261.327.

Backend integration and offline contract checks used an isolated environment to match repository pins after shared-machine dependency mismatches. No application dependency manifests changed; the temporary environment was removed. Existing dependency deprecation warnings remain.

Updated the Documents drawer reference and added docs/explanation/fixes/CHAT_DOCUMENT_METADATA_AND_NOTIFICATION_ALIGNMENT_FIX.md. Release notes remain unchanged pending user approval. Existing conversations are intentionally not backfilled.

Security checklist
