Conversation
The card shows the reason, the summary and a large green Open next to Dismiss. Open goes to the conversation the workflow created, or else its other link, run or workflow, and marks every alert of the entry read, so Mark read stays only for alerts with nothing to open. The detail, the pills and the other actions move under Show more. Adds a contrast-safe green (--ok-strong, --on-ok) and a success button variant. Closes #1624. Version 0.261.228.

The target branch took 0.261.228 for the V2 workflow alert card change (#1625). Keep its 0.261.228 release notes entry, move this fix to a new 0.261.229 section, and renumber the fix document, the logging reference note and the regression test header. Summary
The V2 workflow alert card now leads with one large green Open button next to Dismiss, and keeps everything else under Show more. Before, an alert that set up several things showed a dozen pills and three link buttons above Mark read and Dismiss, burying the summary and the one action that matters.
