Summary

  • Fixed the persona workspace agent setup model picker so it respects model endpoint governance policies, matching the chat window model selector behavior.
  • Prevented governed multi-endpoint agent settings from falling back to legacy global model lists when no governed endpoints are available.
  • Hardened shared conversation and M365 pending-action card behavior so shared viewers only receive authorized projections and action cards stay consistent across reconnects, retries, and stream updates.
  • Improved app settings cache fallback behavior when Redis is unavailable or stream event persistence needs local/Cosmos fallback.
  • Added fix documentation and release notes for the updated behavior.

Validation

  • git diff --check upstream/Development

Notes

  • Branch is current with upstream/Development.
  • Local validation required installing declared repo dependencies into the active environment: olefile==0.47, Flask==3.1.3, and Werkzeug==3.1.6.
  • Release notes updated under v0.261.048.

Route shared conversation events through the Cosmos fallback when Redis is unavailable, with conflict-safe event appends across application workers.

Keep EventSource reconnect events visible, isolate optional M365 projection failures from the collaboration stream, and avoid unrelated pending-action refresh warnings during normal shared prompts.

Improve collaboration conversation/sidebar synchronization, restore initial
M365 action loading, and add regression coverage for cross-worker delivery and concurrent Cosmos appends.
Keep Redis-backed stream events when workers attach, synchronize history with the SSE cursor, and avoid reselecting an already active conversation after an invite is accepted. Silence unrelated background M365 recovery warnings while retaining explicit action recovery.

Add cache and collaboration regressions; update docs for v0.261.055.

Paul Lizer (@paullizer) Bionic711 This PR fixes a shared conversation invite issue, a prompt initially not showing up when a user accepts a share invite and the new personal workspace agent creation model menu not being in sync with the model endpoint governance policy.

metadata = await window.chatCollaboration.fetchConversationMetadata(conversationId);
