Roadmap status: Phase 3 complete, Phase 5 done, 6a in review

Summary

Status update 4 for the chat orchestration workflows roadmap (docs/explanation/features/CHAT_ORCHESTRATION_WORKFLOWS_ROADMAP.md). It's docs only, so there's no VERSION bump.

• Status table: 3c is done (Phase 3c: Ask AI tab in the V2 workflow editor (0.261.211) #1593, v0.261.213), so Phase 3 is complete. Phase 5 is done (Phase 5: orchestration runs existing workflows (workflow_run, start-and-link) #1594, v0.261.212), behind Run Workflows From Chat, which is off by default. 6a is in review (Phase 6a: workflow results reader and Follow up in chat #1592), and 6b and 6c haven't started.
• Shipped blocks: a "3c shipped" block lists what later work relies on: when Ask AI shows, answers applied as one AI change without saving, the editor-side change list and its parity test, thread keys and the 10-exchange replay, the request lock, Cancel, 409 and Reload workflow, the documents-only # picker, Draft with AI, and Jump to. A Phase 5 "Shipped" block covers the run prerequisites, the workflow_run limits and repair, the manual approval floor, idempotent run IDs, the signed-in-session rule, effects_uncertain, the server-written note and the Started workflows links. Each block lists its PR's follow-ups.
• Base failures: a new bullet lists the other failures on paullizer-react-v2-ui that the phase PRs report and leave alone, each with its cause. The release-notes bullet now gives the count: 149 stale releases at 0.261.213.
• Gotchas and decisions: gotchas 62 (answers built from stored results that some reads don't mask) and 63 (Retry and Edit of a result-backed turn) are new, and 6b inherits both. The 6b run deep-link guidance and its open-decisions row now cover Phase 5's workflowRunHref as well as v2WorkflowRunPath.

Testing / validation

Run through __main__ with the pinned venv on 0b607d2:

• python functional_tests/test_docs_site_quality.py: passed, 6/6.
• python functional_tests/test_docs_link_integrity.py: 2/5, the same as the base. Its output is identical to a clean 677c8f3 tree (61 lines, no differences), so this change adds no failures. The broken links are the stale generated release-notes pages and moved feature pages.
• git diff --check: clean. CRLF line endings are preserved, and the only non-table lines over 120 characters are the pre-existing L204–207.
• Fact checks: claims were checked against the merged code at 677c8f3 and the PR bodies of Phase 6a: workflow results reader and Follow up in chat #1592, Phase 3c: Ask AI tab in the V2 workflow editor (0.261.211) #1593 and Phase 5: orchestration runs existing workflows (workflow_run, start-and-link) #1594. The base-failure causes were reproduced at 677c8f3: the NameErrors for prepared_chat_image_references and WORKFLOW_SCHEDULED_TRIGGER_TYPES, the rename to CHART_ASSIST_SYSTEM_PROMPT, the literal onPickerOpenChange={setPickerOpen} check, and the module cleanup that makes the telemetry test order-dependent.
