The Control Center can now refresh cached statistics automatically overnight, enabled by default at 2:00 AM America/New_York with DST-aware scheduling. Concrete run timestamps remain UTC, administrators see browser-local last/next run values, legacy custom UTC schedules are preserved, and regression coverage includes EST/EDT transitions plus scheduler/admin/status wiring.
The focused functional, route-policy, logging-contract, syntax, access-control, and diff checks pass. The PR includes Closes #706, so this issue will close automatically when merged.
Closing as completed. This issue stayed open after the fix merged because pull requests target Development while the repository default branch is main, so GitHub never applied the Fixes # keyword automatically.
