Add multi-select metadata extraction across workspaces #1134

Summary

Add bulk metadata extraction to the multi-select document actions for personal, group, and public workspaces.

User Value

Workspace users can select multiple documents and queue metadata extraction in one action, matching the existing bulk extraction-type change workflow and reducing repetitive per-document actions.

Proposed Behavior

• Personal, group, and public workspace multi-select action bars include an Extract Metadata action when metadata extraction is enabled.
• The action queues metadata extraction for each selected, authorized document.
• Results report queued documents and skipped/errors consistently with the existing extraction-change bulk actions.
• Metadata extraction persists generated titles in addition to authors, abstract, keywords, publication date, and organization.

Acceptance Criteria

• Personal workspace supports multi-select metadata extraction.
• Group workspace supports multi-select metadata extraction for authorized manager roles.
• Public workspace supports multi-select metadata extraction for authorized manager roles.
• Batch metadata extraction reuses the existing background metadata extraction path and updates document title when returned.
• Functional tests cover route wiring, UI wiring, and title update behavior.
