Fixes #497
The release installer restored provenance files for OpenVMM and kernel builds but not for initramfs —
InitramfsBuildConstants.PROVENANCE_NAMEwas missing from the provenance tuple in_install_release_archive, leavingbuild/initramfs.provenance.jsonmissing on fresh installs or stale on upgrades. One-line fix plus test coverage.
