Update microsoft-git package name #111

As of Microsoft Git 2.56.0.vfs.0.0 we no longer have a universal package or binary, and thus the package name has changed to drop the -universal suffix for -arm64.

We need to manually update this before making the next update to the Cask, once that version leaves pre-release.
