Well, I have a number of different projects that use typescript in browsers.
The main public one is lit.dev/playground which compiles, retrieves diagnostics, and uses some language service APIs like completions. It currently doesn't use any custom transforms or language service plugins, though we'd probably like to add custom diagnostics and completions at some point.
Other online editors I maintain do have custom transforms. I was kind of assuming these would require a custom binary to include the transform.
Thanks for the info. There are a lot of moving parts here, because not only is there getting the LS stuff to work (Monaco can now do LSP so we'd use that), you're asking for API access, which implies some method to actually get at the running process (worker?), a completed JS API, etc.

Eventually, but I would be interested in knowing exactly what you're looking for, as everyone wants Wasm differently.

build(ts): upgrade the toolchain to TypeScript 7

With 7.1 nearing - available in nightly, and content-mappers, I'd also like a wasm build so I can add TS 7.1/nightly to my REPL <3

NullVoxPopuli Can you try #64174 and see if it works for your needs? Early feedback would be appreciated.
