Add link to My Location app as it helps a lot to check backends location status.

Spent a lot of time trying to figure out why network location throught UnifiedNlp wasn't working properly. My Location app helped me understand what backends were working and which did not. Turned out that some suggested apps are outdated, or service is even discontinued. |
