Added update info in the backends list as fewer and fewer are updated or even available. It's confusing when trying to have location working through UnifiedNlp while database or apps are just outdated or service retired.

Spent a lot of time trying to figure out why network location throught UnifiedNlp wasn't working properly. My Location app helped me understand what backends were working and which did not. Turned out that some suggested apps are outdated, or service is even discontinued. I thought it would be usefull to add update status to the backends to know which ones to install and which ones not to. |
