Added implementation details for the camera-low-light-boost module.
Issue App: LINE
Package Name: jp.naver.line.android
App Version: 26.9.0

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to LINE.
  2. Tap the Scan button in the search bar on the Home page.
  3. Enter the Scan page.
  4. The screen turns black.
