Support now covers micro/go-micro and micro/agents by default. DevOps and the new Monitor target this repository's four systemd units. Each target set is overridable; legacy GITHUB_REPOSITORY configuration still selects a single support repository.
Monitor samples systemd state once a minute without model calls, records the last 100 state changes in memory, logs transitions, and exposes Status and History over RPC and chat. It reports process state, not application/model health, and has no external alerting or automatic repairs. DevOps remains read-only.
Adds a one-host deployment guide and systemd units for the four ordinary Go binaries. Systemd supervises the processes; Go Micro provides discovery, RPC and the agent loop. Support and DevOps now bind to loopback like Release and Monitor. Release still needs an explicitly configured existing workflow; this repo does not yet contain a deployment pipeline. No Mu integration or new runtime is introduced.
Validation: go test -race ./..., go build ./..., and go vet ./... pass. Tests cover repository scope/overrides, deployment defaults, monitor state transitions, bounded history, cancellation, concurrent reads and loopback RPC. A local executable smoke check verified background sampling, RPC status and SIGTERM shutdown with a fixture systemctl. systemd-analyze verified unit syntax with a substituted local executable; units were not installed and no live model or real host deployment was tested.
