When asked 'what do you see?', support previously required an issue number because it had no overview operation. Add GitHub.Issues, restricted to open issues in the configured repository, sorted by recent updates with explicit pagination and excluding pull requests. Update the instructions to fetch and summarise that page before offering to investigate one issue.
Validation: go test -race ./..., go build ./... and go vet ./... pass. Added coverage for repository scoping, open-issue filtering, sort order and pagination. Live-model adherence to the updated instructions remains unverified.
