Fix misleading Quick start links in README

What changed

• Replace clickable localhost links with clearly labeled local addresses and a working link to the illustrated product preview.
• Add clone and Docker Compose setup steps from a fresh checkout.
• Explain that the app is not publicly hosted, and show the optional local Python setup for the deployment scenario.

Verification

• git diff --check
• Verified no clickable Markdown links to localhost remain in the README.
• Confirmed the Compose API exposes port 8000 and the console route is /dashboard.
