Merging other components

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As far as I see, mergecal merges:

• VEVENT
• VTIMEZONE

I would like it to also merge

• VTODO
• VJOURNAL

again, this needs testing with the UIDs

Should we add a parameter to select which components should be included?
I think, this is a separate issue.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I would like mergecal to handle this as it falls into its responsibility.
