The url field now includes a heading anchor (e.g. /refguide/entities/#entity-types), which broke deduplication of multiple hits from the same page. The new page_url field carries the bare page URL without any anchor, providing a stable key for deduplicating hits per page in Algolia. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This PR needs a back-end change in Algolia at the same time.
Need to add the field page_url as a facet and as the attributeForDistinct - this prevents multiple hits on the same page.
Reverts #11993
Adding anchors to Algolia had the unforeseen consequence of removing the deduplication mechanism when searching pages so each anchor appears as a new hit.
Reverted and added
page_urlwhich uniquely identifies each page without anchor and can be used to deduplicate.
