AGENTS.mdas the source of truth for AI-agent guidance (cross-tool standard, used by Codex, Cursor, Continue, Aider, etc.). Mirrors the pattern from medic/cht-core. Covers MCP servers, Make targets, project layout, the WebView/JS-bridge architecture, brand-creation specifics not on the docs site (training apps, manifest overlays), tests, and PR/branch conventions.CLAUDE.mdwith an@AGENTS.mdimport directive so Claude Code auto-loads AGENTS.md into context; other tools read AGENTS.md natively.Test plan
