[Enhancement]: Internationalisation (French and English) #134
Description
Problem / motivation
All UI strings and API error messages are hard-coded in French, which limits adoption by non-French-speaking teams.
Proposed solution
Extract strings into message catalogues (e.g. next-intl), French as default plus English, with a language selector in account settings.
