[Enhancement]: Slack / Microsoft Teams notifications #133
Description
Problem / motivation
Team members are not notified when a game starts or someone gets a bingo unless they have the board open.
Proposed solution
Per-team incoming webhook URL (Slack / Teams) configured by an OWNER or ADMIN; notify on game start and bingo. Store the URL server-side only and validate it (https, allowed hosts).
Alternatives considered
Email notifications.
