docs: fix broken links, drop removed Svelte, align version & counts - #99

- README: drop the removed Svelte integration (import '@mcabreradev/filter/svelte' has not existed since v5.10.0), fix framework list, bump changelog to 5.10.4, correct operator count to 29 and test count to 1,015. - docs/index: fix hero 'Get Started' link to /guide/quick-start, bump test count. - Repair ~50 dead links across 35 doc files (wiki.md, empty frameworks/.md, per-category operator pages, /examples/basic-usage, /guide/getting-started, /api/core, /advanced/performance) pointing to real pages. - frameworks/index version label 5.8.2 -> 5.10.4. - operators/index frontmatter '40+' -> 27 (real table count).

@mcabreradev/filter/svelte— the export has not existed since v5.10.0. Also fixed the framework list and SvelteKit SSR mention.it()/test()and unique$xxtokens in src.Broken navigation (35 doc files, ~50 links)
