The release workflow copied changelog source wrapping verbatim, so GitHub release bullets had forced line breaks. Join indented bullet continuations while extracting notes, without making the changelog itself a wall of long lines.

GitHub release notes no longer preserve the changelog's source wrapping as visible line breaks. The changelog stays readable at normal line lengths; the release workflow joins each bullet's continuation lines before publishing it.
