Taken from the core branch that moves the report actions behind the header's 3-dots trigger, rebuilt on the pin core's base branch now records so the images carry that base's rendering rather than the one the earlier branch was generated against.

Description
Companion to matomo-org/matomo#25064, which moves each report's actions out of the icon bars around the table and into the single menu behind the report header's 3-dots trigger. Every report screenshot changes as a result.
The screenshots here were produced by the core PR's own CI run, not locally.
Note on the base
This branch is built on the commit the core PR's base branch pins, which has diverged from
6.x-dev— it carries commits6.x-devdoes not, and the reverse is also true. That is expected in this series: the core-side PRs merge before their plugin-side counterparts. It will be rebased once the intervening plugin-side PRs land.Checklist
