I checked exact head 75b50ec0e1fea113f9de7775bff3b4117774ecbe against the current default branch. The validation, commitlint, and CodeQL checks passed, but the Tessl skill review executed and scored 91%, below this repository’s required 100% threshold. That failure cannot be bypassed for this update.

The compatible runtime-skill repair is PR #94. Issue #95 explicitly schedules its full hosted eval proof for on or after 1 October 2026, after the named prerequisite releases, because of the Tessl credit window. This update is therefore blocked by that maintainer-approved not-before boundary rather than by a missing routine check.

This can be resumed after #94 has completed its required 100% quality/eval evidence and merged. I will then rebase this PR onto current main, rerun the complete exact-head gates with Tessl CLI 0.109.0, audit feedback, and merge only if every gate passes. I disabled the armed auto-merge so it cannot merge before that refreshed validation.
