TypeORM 0.3.27 does not forward the React Native DataSource's top-level encryptionKey, so the encryption guide currently passes it through extra. TypeORM 1.1.1 forwards the key directly, but its browser build needs a Babel transform to bundle in the example apps. This PR updates the TypeORM dependency, the example setup, and the guide to use encryptionKey directly. A DataSource test checks that the key reaches Nitro SQLite.

TypeORM 1.x is a major upgrade. Applications that use TypeORM should check their entities and migrations against the TypeORM 1.0 upgrade guide.

Use the top-level React Native encryptionKey option in the TypeORM guide and verify that TypeORM forwards it to Nitro SQLite. Update the example Babel setup for TypeORM 1.x browser output.
