[Bug]: LS8000 carrier grinding/stuck, scan proceeds but exports blank

What happened

Attempted multiple times to scan a strip of 6x6 frames, total 3. After film auto-focuses and the holder moves through the scanner, audible grinding/resistance is heard. The scanner stops scanning, the carrier moves outwards and proceeds with rest of the scanning procedure.

When the "full procedure" is complete, the carrier is ejected, NegPy shows "Processing thumbnails" then exports 1-2 blank white or black frames. Has not been successful scanning from LS8000 directly in NegPy.

No issue with Nikon Scan. Issue occurs with/without previews, with/without offset/drift.

Adding log for reference. Possible related to NegPy detecting 4 frames when only 3 frames are present? Negative strip is properly exposed and frame gaps are well defined.
