馃帹 Add evergarden colorscheme for classic Vim - #21

Conversation
Port the evergarden.moe palette (24 colours) to a single self-contained Vimscript file. Classic Vim 8.0+ only: no Lua, no Tree-sitter @* captures (illegal group names in Vim, W18), no Diagnostic*/Lsp*/NormalNC groups. Covers every group in :help highlight-groups plus diffs, spell, netrw, popup windows, the toolbar, termdebug markers, markdown/help filetypes, and g:terminal_ansi_colors. Falls back to xterm-256 approximations when termguicolors is off. Keyword hue is an option (g:evergarden_keyword, default skye) rather than a hard-coded choice, since control flow dominates the screen; operators and delimiters are muted so it reads cleanly. Unknown names fall back to skye. Also g:evergarden_italic and g:evergarden_transparent. install.sh and test/run.sh are POSIX sh (dash/ash/busybox), not bash. test/run.sh previews the scheme without installing it: Vim's own syntax/hitest.vim, C/Vim/Markdown samples, a live diff, and :Kw <hue> to retint keywords interactively. Spec: specs/010-evergarden-colorscheme/spec.md
