Two things were broken: the published chart couldn't be downloaded (dead splitt3r release URLs — see #5), and the chart itself still targeted the maildev 1.x interface (hardcoded flags, plus a MAILDEV_HTTPS/MAILDEV_DISABLE_WEB env-var handling bug that broke the web server on 2.x).
#9 fixes both: chart updated to maildev 2.x (appVersion 2.2.1), a modernized release workflow that actually publishes, and a hybrid config — structured values for the common options plus extraArgs/extraEnv escape hatches for anything not modelled. It pulls together the community work in #4/#7 (thanks @thibveni, @pando85) and the escape-hatch idea from #8 (thanks @LordGaav).

Your changes in #7 fixed the issue for me, thanks <3
I locally deployed the changes, like so:
git clone https://github.com/maildev/helm.gitcd helmgh pr checkout 7helm install my-release ./charts/maildev/Fix chart for maildev 2.x and repair chart publishing
