Change the Project to call itself CDDA-SaveScummer instead of CDDABackup

Problem

The project was renamed to avoid being confused with an actual backup of the CDDA code. This was only done at the GitHub level to fix the immediate confusion.

Expected Behaviour

The code internally is called CDDASaveScummer
