PR #165 is now deployed to Pages from the reviewed main export. Record the actual deployment and HTTPS evidence, retain the hosted Matrix startup failure and AtomS3 Lite reset recurrence, and keep the remaining runtime work in the backlog. Also clarify the programming UART path and which existing runner accepts an HTTPS URL.
Published execution record binds the source/runtime/package identities, all 2,130 matching HTTPS assets, and six actual HTTPS editor/button cases for Matrix, StickC Plus and CoreS3 (222 checks). The other 34 HTTPS cases are NOT RUN; the earlier full-gate failures remain open.
Validation: 50 documentation contracts, generated snapshot check, UTF-8/JSON/link checks, diff check and branch scope check passed.
