docs: full audit — correct stale counts/status/plans and refresh indices - #162

Audit the current-state, plan, deployment and index documents after the campaign closure and correct stale or contradictory text. Historical evidence pages are not rewritten; historical implementation/plan pages only get a time-point marker plus a pointer to the final state. - project-backlog: UNIT-01 task row and summary now 158 implemented/partial + 2 DEFER; UNIT-DEFER-01 remains the only open Unit queue (mini-bps-v11 QMP6988 0x56/0x70 ambiguity, mini-pdm without a Unit PDM driver). - workstreams: UNIT-01 marked completed (virtual-device) with 9 host access + 5 boundary decisions, Unit 160 = 158+2, 25 c-class boundaries, 41 layers, PR #80-#161; UI-01 shell fidelity remains open. - engineering-handoff: replace the stale "UNIT-01 in progress" paragraph with the closed campaign state and add a 2026-11-03 closure section covering counts, canonical 41-layer chain, the real model bug fixes (unit-id ATECC wake/CRC 0156, glass REG_INDEX 0157, MQ ADC12 0160, AA55 Chain frame length 0161) and the virtual-device / PORT.A harness / NOT RUN boundaries. - project-status/backlog/deployment/pages-deployment: keep unit counts and the 41-layer chain in sync; record 2026-11-03 deployment check dates and the current inventory against serve.py's default 8787 entry and the manual Pages workflow inputs (publish/base_path/service_url). - README index: fix the batch12a/b implementation-status rows to their actual historical patch numbers/layer time point (0158/36 layers; 0159/39 layers), mark them as historical, refresh the freshness dates for the modified authority/plan pages, and add the final PR range #80-#161. - validation-ledger: annotate the earlier phase summary as historical time point #146 (129/31) and point to the final 158/2/41 row instead of presenting stale numbers as current. - plans/2026-10-25-unit-runtime-integration, plans/2026-11-02-remaining- visual-hosts-and-units, unit-integration-host-issues, batch12a/b impl-status: add current closure/time-point notes; update the final remaining-host/Unit counts without rewriting their historical detail. - project snapshot regenerated via project_snapshot.py --write. Full platform suite 1929 tests OK (skipped 10); four checks pass. No models, tests or historical evidence content changed. No push/PR.
