getRecommendedK8sSpecId가 connectionName 필터 없이 상위 200개만 조회한 뒤 클라이언트에서 사후 필터링해, 실제로 유효한 스펙이 있어도 200위 밖이면 찾지 못하는 문제가 있었다. tumblebug가 지원하는 connectionName 서버 사이드 필터로 전환하고, 실패 시 리전마다 유효성이 다른 CSP별 하드코딩 fallback 스펙 대신 명확한 에러로 중단하도록 변경.
fix(pmk): K8s 클러스터 생성 시 specId 추천 조회 서버 필터링으로 전환
