Currently models from the extension are listed as "OpenCode Go / " which is not necessary because VSCode adds the source of the model at the end so the string ultimately displays as "OpenCode Go / " which resolves to "OpenCode Go / OpenCode Go".
🎯 The problem
The problem is a relatively minute one but is slightly annoying in that it is duplicative and ultimately takes up horizontal space such that in many situations only "OpenCode Go" is show and the actual model name gets cut off in the model selection list or from the main view where it shows what model is being used. In addition, this naming convention differs from all other model providers from my experience.
💡 Proposed solution
Simply suggest removing the duplication such that models are simply reported from the extension as " " where "" is provided by VSCode and the extension simply provides "".
